Ultimate Curry
This is a hearth warming and delicious vegetarian curry.
Dice the following,

- 4 Sweet Potatoes
- 2 Yams
- 4 stalks Celery
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Onion
In grape-seed oil combine the following,
- 1 Tsp ground Coriander
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Cyanne to desired heat-
- 2 Tbs Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
Directions
- Put in all the ingredients in a pot and cook for three hours over a low heat
- Serve on a bed of brown rice.
This vegetarian dish is simple, easy, healthy and full of flavor. The low heat and the cooking time are the keys to bringing out all the flavor in the ingredients.
